Ankle Bracelet Blog Hop Hosted by Kashmira Patel

Kashmira Patel hosted her first blog hop and I was happy to join because it was a challenge for me to create an Ankle Bracelet. I am not sure why it seemed a challenge because they are just like bracelets, other than I have never made one! I finally completed two ankle bracelets and one is a challenge within a challenge with Kashmira using silver and copper. The other one I used sterling silver and Swarovski crystals in black, silver, and clear. There is no sun today so my pictures are not the best but I have them. :)

  2. Those are both very pretty. I think I like the second one best, but it was close. Where did you get the foot model! That was great too - first one I've seen here.
    Great job!

  3. Very pretty - I LOVE this first one - super cool. The second one is so dainty and classy. Great deisngs, both of them! Good pics too. It's hard getting a good pic of your own ankle, do you agree?!

    1. Using one's self as a model is quite difficult even when trying to take a photo of a bracelet. My daughter is great for that!

  4. Both designs are delicate and sweet. Fyi...if that's your own foot modeling the anklet...I prefer it to the plastic. Great photos!

  6. They're both really cute. My favorite is the first one, because I like the chunkiness of it. But it still looks comfortable to wear.

  7. I love them both but feeling partial to the first. The beads on that one are cool. And you have an ankle manikin ... how cool is that!

  9. First off...apologies for not keeping up with the silver/copper challenge. I did think about it a lot, but could not come up with anything :((( Sorry :((

    1. I purchased this foot with the hand that I bought last fall when I first started my shows and selling my jewelry. This is the first time it was out of the container it came in. I had a lot of fun and now need to get busy making more, requests have started already!

  17. I really like your designs but I think that the first anklet is my favorite. It's probably the mixed metals--I'm partial to them.
